Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent within 30 days from the product received, otherwise, they will not be eligible.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping fees to China.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or discounted items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food or opened creams), personalized products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
