Order Cancellation
Please note: We can cancel your order within the first 3 hours after it is placed. If you choose to cancel within this window, you will be refunded 90% of the order value, as we incur a 5% processing fee for order fulfillment and another 5% processing fee for refunds.
After 3 hours, we are unable to cancel the order. However, once the order arrives at its destination, you can contact our support team to initiate the return process. After the order is returned, we will process a full refund.
Priority Shipping + Insurance
If you selected Priority Shipping + Insurance, you have the option to request a reshipment of your order or a refund in case of loss during transit.
If you chose "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" shipping, we will reship the package in case it gets lost during transit.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any incorrect address provided during checkout. Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before completing your order. If the error is on our part, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you accept that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
